Time To Grow Up!
Earlier tonight I'd watched a show on television where a lady was confronted by another family member concerning her severe clutter issues. She'd initially agreed to have a crew come in and clean the place up (she faced the challenge). However, by the show's end, she'd backed out of the deal because a deeper issue hadn't yet been dealt with.
Christians are constantly facing their own challenges of reading the Bible, sharing the gospel and walking in love (to name a few). Faith is best lived out in the life of a believer who is intentional on consistently studying the Word of God and allowing it to reprove his/her personal life. It requires discipline.
Facing your challenge doesn't feed your growth; growth is fostered by forward focus, earnest discipline and faithful endurance. Check out Romans 5:1-5.
